Our firm, CDS Inspections & Beyond, is EPA certified to teach both the Initial and Refresher classes for individuals to become Lead Certified Renovators.  Leigh serves as the Principal Instructor and Randy pitches in as a Guest Instructor from time to time as class size dictates (and Leigh can twist his arm).  Randy and Leigh’s daughter also provides support as a Guest Instructor if her schedule allows and Randy is not available.

Contractors and do-it-yourselfers – lead poisoning is very real.  We have lived with its effects for years.  Get the training you need to protect yourselves, your customers, and your families.  The EPA requires this certification for individuals working for compensation on homes built before 1978.  Check out https://www.epa.gov/lead for more information on this rule.
